Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, staff development, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, and daily HR operations.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business growth and transformation.
  • Develop and maintain workforce plans, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
  • Promote employee engagement, positive workplace culture, and effective change management.
  • Evaluate and ensure HR policies align with public sector regulations and healthcare standards.
  • Lead HR projects, such as implementing new HR systems or improving staff experience.
  • Guide and support a team of HR professionals to achieve high performance.
  • Provide expert advice on complex staff matters and employment laws to managers and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and public sector/healthcare regulations.
  • Proven experience in workforce planning, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to manage change, build relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex HR matters.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
