Job Title

A highly skilled professional to support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs in a collaborative team environment.

This role is located at Jurong East/North One, with a working schedule of 5 days a week from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The initial contract duration is 4 or 6 months.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager and Team Lead to review, develop, and implement HR policies, processes, and programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to provide value-added HR services.
  • Administering and executing Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and leavers.
  • Maintaining HR systems accurately in accordance with procedures and team standards.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for HR processes and on-site employee experience.

Requirements include:

  • A Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Able to manage high-volume HR activities while maintaining confidentiality.

Key skills required include Microsoft Excel proficiency, strong organisational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Executive will be responsible for partnering with Institution HR Business Partners and staff to provide value-added HR services. This includes administering and executing Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and leavers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR systems and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business-related discipline and have minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.

They will also need to demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage high-volume HR activities while maintaining confidentiality.
