Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior HR Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for adapting the global performance framework to local needs, driving performance-cycle execution, and managing payout workflows. You will also be responsible for establishing end-to-end processes for needs analysis, delivery, evaluation, and report on ROI. Additionally, you will map local training needs to global curriculum, design and implement custom courses, and collaborate with headquarters OD, HRBPs, and business leads to refine and iterate best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt the global performance framework to local needs: set goals, define evaluation criteria, and manage cadence.
  • Drive performance-cycle execution, ensure timely feedback, and data-driven application.
  • Manage payout workflows, track documentation, and close the performance-to-reward loop.
  • Establish end-to-end processes for needs analysis, delivery, evaluation, and report on ROI.
  • Map local training needs to global curriculum; design and implement custom courses.
  • Collaborate with headquarters OD, HRBPs, and business leads to refine and iterate best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education & Certification: Diploma or above in HR Management, Organisational Behaviour, Business Administration, or related; HRP CP/SHRM-CP preferred.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in HR or Organisational Development, with hands-on exposure to at least two modules among performance, reward, training, or promotions.
  • Proven track record in process design and policy documentation.
  • Strong project-management discipline and data orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS/ERP.
  • Cross-cultural collaboration; comfortable with occasional overseas travel.
