Overview

The role of a Senior HR Professional is to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources department. This includes developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures related to employee relations, recruitment, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Manage employee data, including payroll, benefits, and performance management.

  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
