Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Professional to join our team as a Baker. As a key member of our bakery, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pastry items that meet our standards.

As a Baker, you will be expected to:

1. Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes to produce high-quality pastries

2. Identify and remove damaged or expired ingredients to maintain quality control

3. Minimize waste by efficiently managing ingredients and supplies

4. Evaluate and maintain the quality of ingredients to ensure consistency and excellence

5. Maintain the standard of our pastry items through attention to detail and quality control measures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices

2. At least a Primary/Secondary qualification, or equivalent, in any field
