We're looking for an experienced Pastry Chef De Partie to oversee a section in our pastry kitchen. The ideal candidate will be skilled in classic and modern pastry techniques, with a strong attention to detail and finishing.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the daily operations of our pastry kitchen. This includes leading the preparation and production of pastries, viennoiseries, tarts, and other baked items according to established recipes and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and production of pastries, viennoiseries, tarts, and other baked items.
  • Supervise and guide junior team members (commis and trainees).
  • Uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to support menu development, seasonal launches, and new product trials.

What We Are Looking For In A Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a pastry kitchen, preferably in a similar role or as a strong demi chef ready to step up.
  • Formal training in Patisserie or Baking from a recognised institution is preferred.
  • Strong skills in classic and modern pastry techniques, with a focus on quality and presentation.
