Key Responsibilities:

    • Quality assurance: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in all pastry and dessert items.
  • Team leadership and development:
    • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
    • Training: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff members have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
