Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled pastry professional to join our team in Singapore.

As a key member of the pastry department, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and execution of pastry items that meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in Pastry Preparation: Assist in the preparation and execution of pastry items to ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all pastry offerings.
  • Mise en Place: Support daily mise en place, including measuring, mixing, and baking tasks to maintain efficiency and productivity in the kitchen.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and assist in stock rotation to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all pastry workstations, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations, communicate effectively, and provide support when needed.
  • Learning and Development: Take initiative in learning and contributing to new pastry creations, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
  • Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the kitchen management or senior staff members.

Requirements:
