Exceptional Pastry Professionals Wanted

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated pastry professionals to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional desserts that exceed our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in ensuring quality, timing, and coordination of all dessert items.
  • Uphold the highest standards in presentation, flavor, texture, and portion control for all pastry items.
  • Use only approved ingredients as directed by senior kitchen leadership to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for your station, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Pastry, Bakery, or related culinary disciplines.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in pastry within a high-standard restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Strong team player with leadership potential and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and professional attitude with a passion for pastry arts.
