Essential Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
  • Review and approve technical submissions, material samples, and shop drawings to guarantee quality and adherence to standards.
  • Collaborate with M&E consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues on-site and ensure smooth project progression.
  • Verify that all HVAC works meet project specifications, codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections with clients and relevant authorities to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities, including air balancing, leak testing, and cleanroom readiness.
Required Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in construction projects, preferably in semiconductor/industrial/commercial building sectors.
  • Proficient in project planning tools and construction drawings.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication, reading, and writing skills in English to liaise with international associates.
