Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain HVAC systems, including equipment such as fans, pumps, and controls.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and inspecting equipment, replacing filters, and checking refrigerant levels.
  • Detect and diagnose problems with HVAC systems, using tools such as pressure gauges, thermometers, and leak detectors.
  • Repair or replace faulty equipment, using hand tools and power tools as needed.
  • Test systems after repair or maintenance to ensure they are working properly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HVAC technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • State licenses and certifications, such as EPA certification and OSHA certification.
  • Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
