HVAC Installation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble, install and test HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Construct and fabricate parts using hand tools and specifications.
  • Read and interpret electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
  • Maintain and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems.
  • Troubleshoot HVAC issues using appropriate testing devices.
  • Ensure timely availability and condition of materials and equipment to prevent delays.
  • Resolve any installation or technical issues that arise during the project.
  • Maintain progress records, materials usage and scope changes, and report regularly to management and clients.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to integrate duct systems with other building systems.
  • Provide updates to clients, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental standards.
  • Train team members on installation techniques, safety procedures and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an HVAC technician.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams and schematics.
  • Physical stamina to work at heights and in confined spaces.
