Job Title: Growth Marketing Associate

As a key member of the Regional Marketing Solutions team, you will be responsible for driving growth initiatives that propel our solutions across internal and external media channels.

  1. Participate in launching and implementing strategic growth initiatives to increase adoption and investment from Shopee sellers.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop business cases to support stakeholders' decisions.
  3. Analyse competitor performance and industry trends to inform strategic growth initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out successful growth initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce, growth marketing or digital advertising is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving.
  • Ability to multitask and pay close attention to details.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
