Change Management Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to drive successful transitions of on-premises systems to cloud-based products.

You will partner with cross-functional product teams, leadership, and stakeholders to design and execute effective change strategies that enable business readiness, foster adoption, and support transformation journeys.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Change Manager to develop and deliver a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and Plan.
  2. Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct change impact analysis and stakeholder analysis to inform targeted change interventions.
  3. Change Implementation: Design and implement change management initiatives, communication plans, and engagement activities to support transformation objectives.
  4. Training and Upskilling: Facilitate training and upskilling for impacted teams and coach product teams to drive adoption.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of transformation projects, particularly modernization of legacy systems (e.g., Mainframe technologies).
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and adoption planning.
  • Strong problem-solving, design thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a diverse, agile, and technology-driven environment.
