Job Title: Transformation Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced transformation professional to support the organizational transformation initiatives of our institution.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating transformation activities, optimizing system setups, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and facilitating knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change Management: Support and execute transformation initiatives by coordinating and implementing change management activities.
  • System Setup and Optimization: Assist in setting up and optimizing systems such as SharePoint to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and document SOPs to standardize workflows.
  • Adaptation and Training: Support faculty and staff in adapting to new processes and systems through change management strategies and activities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and adoption of transformation initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree or higher in areas of science, engineering, or business.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in organizational change, process improvement, or project coordination.
  • Skills: Strong operational execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, experience in system implementation, business process re-engineering, and process documentation.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in designing and structuring SharePoint environments, demonstrated ability in developing protocols to standardize operations, excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent project management skills, problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
