Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Professional to drive the digital transformation of our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving change and innovation, leveraging their expertise in IT procurement and contract administration processes.

About the Role:

The Digital Transformation Professional will be responsible for coordinating and managing procurement activities for IT equipment and services, liaising with vendors, obtaining quotations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. They will also track contract deliverables, renewal timelines, and vendor performance, supporting evaluation processes and maintaining documentation for audits and reporting.

In addition, the successful candidate will maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, ensure assets are tagged, documented, and maintained according to organizational policies, and generate reports for internal reviews and audits.

The Digital Transformation Professional will provide Level 1 IT Helpdesk support, including password resets, printer issues, software installation, basic web application troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support. They will also support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience is preferred, although candidates with less experience but relevant internship or project exposure may be considered.

You will need to possess good understanding of IT procurement and contract administration processes, familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management, basic knowledge of networking, IT systems, and software tools, and hands-on experience with common Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint). Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for liaising with vendors and supporting end-users.
