Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Technician to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide top-notch support to our global employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and providing desktop/IT support to our workforce. This includes resolving incidents or service requests, routing tickets to senior level support technicians as needed, and assisting in other IT related areas. A key aspect of this role is to maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and to participate in special projects as required.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will need to have a College Diploma in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience. Additionally, you must have at least 5 years of experience in desktop/service desk support roles. Professional experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 11 O/S, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, BitLocker, various Antivirus solutions, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM is highly desirable. You should also possess basic network knowledge and experience, as well as excellent speaking and communication skills.
