Job Description:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner, creating a positive first impression.

  • Stay knowledgeable about our food and beverage menus to offer recommendations and respond to customer inquiries effectively.

  • Prepare the outlet for service by completing tasks such as mis-en-place, ingredient replenishment, and other essential preparatory duties to ensure seamless operations.

  • Take orders, prepare drinks, and engage with customers to provide excellent recommendations and enhance their dining experience.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet to meet high standards of quality and hygiene.

  • Perform any additional duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.

 

Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary, but relevant experience will be highly valued.
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as needed.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and sensitivity to customer needs to deliver exceptional service.
