Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented individual who can prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve drinks to customers while maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar. 2. Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently. 3. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere. 4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the manager regarding stock needs. 5. Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies. 6. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system accurately. 7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service across the restaurant or venue. 8. Suggest and upsell cocktails, wines, and other beverages to enhance the guest experience. 9. Assist with bar setup and closing duties. 10. Create SOPs as a team and manage daily bar operations with precision.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a bartender in a busy restaurant, bar, or event setting. 2. Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation. 3. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 5. A passion for hospitality and customer service. 6. Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. 7. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 8. Lead bar prep, manage inventory, and uphold hygiene standards. 9. Assist the head bartender with cost management, quality control, and training new talent. 10. Prior bar and wine knowledge is a bonus.

You will be a key member of our beverage team, responsible for curating and crafting an array of premium cocktails, beverages, and providing exemplary customer service.
