Beverage Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our food and beverage service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences through the creation and presentation of beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Create Signature Beverages: Develop and prepare classic and innovative drinks that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with customers, present menus, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a fast-paced environment.
- Inventories Management: Manage inventory, including restocking liquor, mixers, and garnishes to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with management on beverage program planning and designing the bar menu.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience as a bartender in food and beverage services.
- Skills: Proficient in cocktails/mocktails mixing, garnishing, and serving customers; working knowledge of various computer software programs and cashiering duties.
- Additional Certifications: Certificate of Basic Food Hygiene Course preferred.
