Lead Beverage Professional

The Lead Beverage Professional will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering high-quality beverages, providing outstanding service, and fostering a lively atmosphere. This position requires expertise in mixology, creativity, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Beverage Preparation: Develop and craft a diverse range of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
  • Customer Service: Engage warmly with guests, take drink orders, and ensure seamless service throughout their visit.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and stock levels at the bar station to ensure smooth operations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing bar inventory, including tracking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
  • Upselling: Recommend and promote signature cocktails, premium spirits, and drink pairings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Menu Innovation: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the beverage menu, introducing seasonal or unique offerings.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous bartending experience in a lounge, bar, or similar setting; knowledge of mixology and cocktail trends is essential.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity: Passion for crafting innovative cocktails and providing unique guest experiences.
  • Education: WSQ Basic Food Hygiene Certificate or similar qualifications are a plus.
  • Language: Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
  • Work Eligibility: Singaporean/PR preferred due to limited foreign worker quota.
