Job Title: Lead Beverage Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Lead Beverage Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Beverage Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and suggest drinks that suit their tastes, providing personalized service and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations and licensing laws.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end establishment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and beverage preparation.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of beverage preparation and service, including cocktail mixing, wine and beer pairing, and spirit knowledge.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide outstanding customer service.
