Job Title: Beverage Lead
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the beverage operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and top-notch service.
Responsibilities:- Beverage Operations Management:
- Oversee daily beverage operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
- Manage reservations, customer flow, and table turnover efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels for both kitchen and bar, coordinating with suppliers for timely orders.
- Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
- Customer Service & Experience:
- Act as the face of the establishment, greeting and engaging guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain a welcoming and memorable dining & drinking experience.
- Drink Creation & Quality Control:
- Curate and prepare signature cocktails, mocktails, and seasonal drink menus.
- Experiment with new recipes to enhance our beverage offerings.
- Ensure quality control and consistency in all drinks served.
- Train staff in basic bartending and drink presentation.
- Business & Financial Management:
- Monitor daily sales, manage POS systems, and prepare reports for management.
- Assist with cost control, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
- Develop promotions and events to boost revenue.
- Proven experience in beverage operations or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
