  • Manage cash transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a secure environment for guests' belongings.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with upselling initiatives by promoting services and amenities to guests.
  • Provide accurate directions, make restaurant reservations, and assist with transportation arrangements as needed.

  • Previous experience in Front Office operations is essential for this role.
  • You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests alike.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is crucial.
