Front Office Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Ambassador to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and handling all guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service: Provide warm and friendly welcomes to guests, assist with room assignments, and ensure that all guest needs are met.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently, handle room changes, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Guest Requests: Handle guest requests, redirecting them to the appropriate department if necessary, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Night Audit: Perform night audit functions, including date roll procedures and reconciliation of Front Office transactions.
- Cashiering: Handle cashiering activities, including deposits, paid-outs, and foreign currency exchange.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and attention to detail in handling guest requests and transactions.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service to guests.
