We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Ambassador to provide exceptional service to our guests.

This role involves ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience at our hotels, from check-in to check-out. As a Front Office Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling inquiries about hotel services and amenities, and providing assistance with room assignments and other guest needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle inquiries about hotel services, including directions, attractions, and events.
  • Pre-register, block reservations, and take same-day and future reservations.
Requirements
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in other positions/departments as needed.
