Front Desk Ambassador

We are seeking an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador.
This role involves providing a warm welcome to guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage during check-in and check-out, and offering insightful information about the hotel and its surroundings.
The Front Desk Ambassador will work closely with colleagues to respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and issues in a friendly and courteous manner.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences for guests
- Assist guests with luggage and provide valuable information about the hotel and local area
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest queries and concerns in a timely and effective way
