Hotel Front Desk Receptionist
Description:This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. The Hotel Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and maintaining a clean and efficient front desk area.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and checking them in/out efficiently
- Managing front desk operations, including handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a hotel or hospitality setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
