We are seeking a Front Desk Ambassador to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing accurate and timely information to guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and throughout their stay.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Respond to guest enquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Maintain and update guest records accurately in the system.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure all guest needs are addressed efficiently.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
- Prior experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging, with guests from all walks of life.
- Resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn — full training will be provided.
- Passion for delivering great service and creating memorable guest interactions.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
