Music Center Front Desk Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented front desk receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our students and their families, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all who visit our center.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling walk-in customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a music or arts-related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
