International Business Development Executive

As an International Business Development Executive at International SOS Singapore Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to drive growth within the Commercial and Business Aviation market across Asia.
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced sales professional who can identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, combined with strong negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to target key market segments and partnerships.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with airline, business jet operator, MRO provider, and OEM stakeholders.
- Sales Execution:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive business development initiatives.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, bids, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms while managing risks.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Share insights and recommendations with internal teams to inform business development strategies.
