Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to amplify existing accounts and drive business objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies, and develop proposals to secure partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategic planning teams to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Sell advertising solutions across all of Hypebeast's media properties, including online and offline platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage advertising campaigns from start to finish, working closely with the Partnerships team to ensure successful delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest online marketing and sales trends, and communicate insights to the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, account servicing, or business development, preferably in the fashion or publishing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and PR skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively, with a strong team player mindset.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
