Job Description

This Sales Administration Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the preparation of quotations and invoices for both training services and small-volume contract manufacturing services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor customer inquiries and active projects, maintaining up-to-date records and facilitating seamless communication.
  • Respond promptly to general customer inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercising initiative and resourcefulness as needed.
  • A detail-oriented approach, combined with strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Estimated Salary:

S$30,000 - S$40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
