Sales and Administrative Support Specialist

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic company that values customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a Sales and Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our manager in day-to-day duties.
You will be responsible for handling routine telephone and email/fax queries from customers, following up on enquiries with local and overseas clients, and preparing quotations based on customer requests. Additionally, you will generate quotation, purchase orders (PO), sales orders, invoices, delivery orders (DO), Handover Form, purchase requisitions, work orders, payment and sales reports.
You will also coordinate with operation/purchasing/accounts teams to expedite on-time deliveries to customers and perform other sales or admin-related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have at least O Level, Diploma or relevant qualifications. You should also be customer service oriented, able to work independently as well as in a team, and willing to learn. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and social media skills are a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 40,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow with our company.
