Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, delivery orders, and invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Assist the sales team with answering phone calls and responding to emails.
  • Enter data into the sales order management system.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role is an advantage.
Estimated Salary

$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
