Job Description:
Sales and Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing daily tasks, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:
  • To assist the manager in preparing and providing sales quotations in response to customer inquiries.
  • To coordinate with colleagues to distribute work efficiently and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • To manage inspector certifications, relevant documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  • To oversee the mobilization and demobilization requirements for project-specific matters.
  • To source suppliers for inspection department consumables and tools.
  • To coordinate all administrative processes related to work.
  • To perform any other duties assigned by the manager as required.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
