We are seeking candidates who can introduce our festive mooncake selections to shoppers through live sampling and engaging conversations.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity where you will play a key role in promoting our products during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting live mooncake tasting sessions, explaining product features, and engaging customers warmly and offering personalized recommendations.

  • Conduct live mooncake tasting sessions and explain product features
  • Engage customers warmly and offer personalized recommendations
  • Drive sales by highlighting festive promotions and assisting with orders
  • Maintain booth cleanliness and ensure sample replenishment
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems (training provided)
  • Represent the brand professionally and uphold company values
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to supervisor

Requirements

Prior experience in F&B sales or product sampling is preferred. You should be passionate about food and festive traditions, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be energetic, persuasive, and customer-focused. Additionally, you must be able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information

The work location will be shopping malls / pop-up booths across Singapore. This is a temporary position that will run from 4th September – 6 October 2025.
