Job Title: Service Ambassador LeadJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Ambassador Lead to join our team. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.

Your role will involve handling cashier duties efficiently, providing excellent customer service, upselling and promoting products, and preparing beverages to a high standard.

You will also be responsible for managing inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and participating in on-the-job training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Flexible Work Schedule: We require candidates who can work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, as required by the business.
  • Communication Skills: You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Language Proficiency: You should speak fluent English and possess basic knowledge of other languages, if applicable.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is essential.
  • Barista Experience: Possession of barista skills and experience, particularly with espresso-based coffees, is desirable.
