**Job Type**: Temporary, Seasonal, Full-time

**Description**:
We are looking for a Temp Redemption for Festive to join our retail stores team for the holiday season. As a Temp Redemption, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, managing customer purchases, and ensuring that our store operations run smoothly during the busiest time of the year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer transactions and payments at the checkout counter using POS systems and cash registers, while providing excellent customer service
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including stocking shelves, restocking merchandise, and handling customer requests and inquiries
- Conduct price checks and inventory control, ensuring that all products are accurately priced and labeled
- Resolve customer complaints, and escalate issues to the appropriate team member or manager as required
- Assist in managing the store's merchandise returns, exchanges and gift-wrapping services
- Be familiar with store merchandise and promotions to assist customers in making purchasing decisions Work as part of a team to support store operations, including assisting with opening and closing procedures, security checks and other tasks as necessary

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using POS systems and cash registers
- Flexible schedule and availability to work during holiday peak period including evenings, weekends, and holidays
