The role involves providing exceptional customer service to guests at a busy airport outlet. As a Head Service Ambassador/Crew, you will be the face of the business and responsible for ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Cashier Duties: Process transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining a high level of professionalism. ">
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle complaints professionally, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. ">
  • Upselling and Promoting Products: Suggestively sell baked goods, souvenir items, and beverages to increase sales and enhance the customer experience. ">
  • Pick and Pack Baked Goods: Prepare and package baked goods according to customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products. ">
  • Preparing Beverages: Prepare hot and iced beverages, such as coffee drinks, according to customer specifications and presentation standards. ">
  • Managing Inventory and Supplies: Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. ">

Requirements:

  • Rotating Shifts: Work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, as required by the business. ">
  • Public Holidays and Weekends: Be available to work on public holidays and weekends, with a minimum of four days off per month. ">
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management. ">
  • Language Proficiency: Speak fluent English and possess basic knowledge of other languages, if applicable. ">
  • Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision. ">
  • Customer Service Experience: Have prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry. ">
  • Barista Experience: Possess barista skills and experience, particularly with espresso-based coffees. ">
  • Training and Development: Be willing to participate in on-the-job training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. ">
