We are seeking a Strategic Account Lead to join our APAC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive profitable growth and expand existing relationships. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive growth and profitability in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive profitable growth and expand existing relationships.
• Build strong relationships with senior executives at client organizations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver results.
• Work closely with Delivery organization, Service Lines, Consulting, and DBO to achieve successful outcomes for clients and Cognizant.
• Manage operational aspects of accounts including sales, pipeline management, forecasting, people management, margin improvement plans, and managing attrition and retention.
• Collaborate with Digital Network to identify opportunities to work together for collective success.
• Participate as part of the BFS leadership team and contribute to industry events promoting Cognizant's brand.

Requirements
• Proven experience working with large Banks and demonstrated track record of winning large deals.
• Strong negotiation skills and consultative approach focusing on transformative solutions bringing blended teams together where appropriate.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills and ability to work with multicultural and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Cognizant's systems and processes to facilitate the successful operation of the account and team.
