Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. This includes coordinating and assisting with policy processing, responding to customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to work effectively with the sales team and customers alike. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and have a good understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the sales team in achieving their sales targets
  • Assist with policy processing, quotes, and applications
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate sales records and databases
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level
  • Strong positive energy, determination, and passion for quality and success
  • Good understanding of insurance products and industry regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
