The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost management and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates, bills of quantities, and budgets to ensure projects are completed within specified timeframes and financial constraints.
- Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement processes to obtain the best value for money.
- Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular reports and ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
- Handle variations, claims, and final accounts in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Possess experience in cost estimation, contract administration (FIDIC, JCT), and procurement procedures.
- Be proficient in using software such as CostX, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.

- The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction principles, be able to work independently, and possess excellent administrative and organizational skills.
