Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to provide expert cost estimation and control services for piling and structural steel works projects.

  • Manage all aspects of cost estimation, from initial planning stages through to final project completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, ensuring accurate forecasting and control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential cost risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough quantity take-offs and assisting in the preparation of quotations.
  • Managing progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts to ensure accurate payment and reconciliation.
