Job Role: Senior Contracts Specialist
">This role is for a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to work with contracts, from drafting to interpretation. The primary responsibility will be to assist in the preparation of various contractual documents.
">- Drafting, reviewing and interpreting contractual documents such as subcontracts, consultancy agreements, purchase orders and client contracts.">
- Supporting the contract manager in tendering processes, bid evaluations and negotiation with vendors or subcontractors.">
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all contracts, correspondence and contract-related documentation.">
- Tracking key contractual obligations, deliverables, timelines and milestones.">
- E nsuring all contract documentation is in compliance with legal, regulatory and company standards.">
- Coordinating with internal departments for contract inputs and clarifications.">
- Assisting in the preparation of claims, change orders, variations and extensions of time (EOT).">
- Monitoring contract performance and identifying potential risks.">
Requirements:
">- Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying.">
- At least 5 years' relevant working experience handling contractual issues in the construction industry.">
- Familiarity with standard contract forms is an added advantage.">
- Independent, proactive, resourceful and results-oriented individual.">
