Job Title: Contract Management Specialist
Do you have a passion for contract management and quantity surveying? We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team. As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract activities.
- Compile and present weekly and monthly reports covering costs, reconciliations, and accruals.
- Lead procurement processes, evaluate tender submissions, and recommend preferred contractors to management.
- Review contracts and negotiate terms with both clients and subcontractors.
- Manage and issue notices related to contractual time bars.
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with construction projects.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management and quantity surveying.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
