Contract Professional

As a key member of the team, we are seeking an experienced Contract Professional to join our ranks. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive design and construction contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties in accordance with established departmental and corporate operating procedures and policies.
  • Support the team in developing and delivering contract solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Capture and reflect change management outcomes within our system.
  • Provide formal responses to contractual matters.
  • Manage bidding process activities, from issuance of the RFP to preparation of the BAW.
  • Approve payment certificates for supply chain partners.
  • Support tracking, expediting, collecting, and collating contractor reports and regular data submissions.
  • Assist the General Manager during the bidding process with activities such as issuing the RFP, receiving and analyzing proposals, and preparing the BAW.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with contract management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
