Bidding Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bidding Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Contract Department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through successful tendering and contract management.

  1. Source and evaluate tendering information to make informed recommendations to senior management.
  2. Lead a team of quantity surveyors and other related staff in the qualification of new tenders, cost estimation, submission, and tender pitching.
  3. Manage and maintain accurate and timely documentation of all tenders.
  4. Gather information and negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
