Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and analyzing RFP documents to provide directors with a clear indication of project requirements.

Key responsibilities include assisting project directors in resource planning, data entry, and business development work. Additionally, the contract negotiator will be involved in formulating fee proposals and performing other ad-hoc duties as required.

The ideal candidate will possess a recognized diploma in quantity surveying or business administration, along with 1-3 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying or contracts. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, are also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Business Administration or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Contracts
  • MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in contracts review and contract-related risk management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
