Contracts Negotiator

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Contracts Manager to take on a leadership role within our organization. You will be responsible for managing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Overseeing contract administration, including managing extensions of time, contractual claims, variations, and loss and expense claims.
- Providing contractual advice to project managers and staff on compliance with contract obligations and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Contract Law, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA contractual legislations, and SOP Act.
